I spent the morning catching up on some of my favorite and newly discovered food blogs. Mid-morning snack was an unpictured piece of light string cheese.
Lunch was leftovers!

Leftover potato soup, a banana, and a piece of maple fudge for dessert.
I went to Te Cafe to meet the photographer for the Pop City article. However, he had to call and reschedule. No matter -- I love Te Cafe! I ordered their chai latte made with loose leaf chai tea, cinnamon, honey, and organic soy milk. It was one of the best chai latte's I've ever had!

I spent a few hours sitting at the Cafe browsing an applying for some jobs. I recently left one of my two part-time jobs and am searching to replace it. I found a few interesting opportunities out there so hopefully someone finds me equally as interesting!
My mid-afternoon snack (which should have just been the latte, but, well... you know!) was one of my favorite treats:

I tried their commercial's advertised suggestion of freezing them to make it almost like ice cream. Great suggestion! It really is a delicious frozen treat and much better for you than a great big bowl of ice cream. I like freezing this flavor and their Orange Dream.
Tonight I'm working 4-11pm for a special event at work, so I pre-packed my dinner. Nothing special as most take-to-work meals are:

(I just used my Blackberry to take this picture, so sorry about the blurriness.) A turkey and hummus roll up and a Clif bar (hopefully only half the bar this time!) I really like this tortilla I used. It's from Giant Eagle and although it's not an all natural tortilla, it does have 10g of fiber which I really like.
What is everyone making for dinner tonight??
